Massachusetts’ three casinos generated $98.5 million in revenue for July, down 1% year-over-year.
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission figures show that slots accounted for most of the combined figure, generating $73.7 million, up 2%, while table games produced $24.8 million, down 8.9%.
Encore Boston Harbor posted the highest revenue for the month, generating $59.8 million, down 0.6%. Slots increased 1.3% to $38.1 million, and table games declined 3.8% to $21.8 million.
MGM Springfield reported the highest year-over-year revenue decrease, falling 3.9% to $23.1 million. Slots were up 3.3% to $20 million, while table games dropped 33.6% to $3.1 million.
Plainridge Park Casino, which only has slots, recorded the only year-over-year revenue increase for the month, up 1.9% to $15.6 million.
