Mississippi casinos recorded $194.6 million in revenue for June, down 1.5% year-over-year.
The Mississippi Gaming Commission figures show that slots accounted for most of the combined total, generating $162.4 million, down 2%. Table games produced $26.1 million, up 1.2%, and retail sports betting generated $2.4 million, down 14%.
The Coastal region recorded the highest revenue for the month with $130 million, a decline of 0.3%. Slots remained stable with $108.3 million, while table games declined 0.9% to $19.4 million.
The Northern region posted the second-highest revenue for June and the biggest year-over-year decline. Revenue dropped 6.5% to $39.8 million. Slots generated $32.3 million, down 9.1%, while table games increased 8.5% to $4.8 million.
The Central region was the only one to record a revenue increase, up 1.2% to $24.8 million. Slots remained stable with $21.8 million, and table games increased 7.2% to $1.9 million.
