In the third quarter 2026, Caesars Entertainment posted a slight increase in net revenue, but overall reported a loss of $123 million compared to a loss of $55 million for the comparable prior-year period.

Caesars reported a net loss of 61 cents per share for the quarter on revenue of $2.94 billion, results that came in below analyst expectations of earnings of 8 cents a share on revenue of $2.96 billion.

Caesars shares closed at $28.85, down 14 cents or 0.48%, on heavy volume of 6.2 million shares traded on the Nasdaq market. The company’s average volume is 4.8 million shares traded. In after-hours trading, Caesars shares were off 5 cents, or 0.17%, to $28.80.

Due to the pending $17.6 billion acquisition and merger with Fertitta Entertainment announced earlier this year, Caesars did not host a third-quarter earnings conference call. Once the transaction closes, Caesars will transition into a private entity and delist from the Nasdaq exchange.

On Tuesday, the company reported adjusted EBITDA of $865 million compared to $884 million in the third quarter of 2025. Caesars Digital adjusted EBITDA was $44 million compared to $28 million in the prior-year period.

Revenue for Caesars’s nine Las Vegas properties declined by 2.3% to $930 million compared to $952 million in the third quarter of 2025. Regional casino contributed $1.6 billion in the quarter, a 5.9% increase from $1.5 billion in the prior-year quarter.

Caesars Digital reported a 4.8% increase in revenue to $320 million, from $311 million, while revenue from Caesars-managed and branded properties declined 20.5% to $55 million from $73 million in the third quarter of 2025.

As of September 30, Caesars had $11.7 billion in aggregate principal amount of debt outstanding, a decline from $11.9 billion for the same period last year. Total cash and cash equivalents were $864 million, excluding restricted cash of $113 million.
