Operations at Turning Stone Resort Casino and other Oneida Indian Nation properties are slowly coming back online and back to normal after a crippling cyberattack earlier this week.
Turning Stone announced Thursday it was once again accepting credit cards for food and beverage purchases and guests could resume earning points at all of its properties. The announcement also said TS Sports, which is their sports book and betting lounge, would open back up today and bingo would resume at 4 p.m.
Several Oneida Indian Nation businesses were affected by the cyberattack Monday, which shut down computer systems, including telephone lines and ATMs.
Much of the casino, as well as the nation’s SavOn gas stations and Maple Leaf Markets were forced to accept only cash for several days. The attack also disabled phones at the resort as well as the Oneida Indian Nation Health Center for a time. The nation brought in outside phones at the resort in order to accept phone calls.
