A federal grand jury has indicted the two men facing state charges in connection to the armed robbery of Isle of Capri casino in Boonville earlier this year.
Benjamin Charles and Hollis Vanleer were indicted on various charges, including interfering with commerce by robbery and conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery, according to a news release from the Department of Justice.
Charles and Vanleer also face federal charges of brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence. Vanleer is also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, according to the Department of Justice.
