A Las Vegas casino is seeking US Supreme Court intervention to delay its compliance with a National Labor Relations Board order requiring it to negotiate with a union.
Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa asked Wednesday for an emergency stay of a formal DC Circuit mandate to enforce an NLRB bargaining order against the company.
The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit upheld the board’s decision against Red Rock in June. It declined to pause its mandate while the company challenges that decision at the high court.
