Caesars Palace is marking its 60th anniversary with a menu of nostalgic dishes and cocktails at the resort’s trademark restaurants in nods to its 1966 opening era.

Through Dec. 31, restaurants across the Las Vegas Strip resort are offering limited-time items inspired by vintage steakhouse fare, French classics, Italian-American dishes and old-school buffet staples. The anniversary lineup includes Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, Amalfi by Bobby Flay, Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse by Bobby Flay, Nobu Restaurant, Stanton Social Italian, Dominique Ansel Las Vegas, Bacchanal Buffet, Peter Luger Steak House and Restaurant Guy Savoy.

The effort leans heavily on the idea that dining has always been central to Caesars Palace’s identity.
