Lago is going late in Las Vegas.

On Friday, the Italian restaurant overlooking the Bellagio lagoon on the Strip [launched] an after-hours menu served from 10:30 p.m. to 3 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

The menu of more than 15 antipasti, salads, pizzas and desserts features dishes such as hamachi spiked with citron vinegar and capers, beef carpaccio with Parmesan aïoli and a flurry of shaved fennel, a Caesar salad with heirloom broccoli di cicco and anchovy, a Lago chop salad (romaine, salami, garbanzo, artichokes, olives), a signature black truffle pizza with taleggio, and ricotta cream cannoli with chocolate shavings and candied fruit.

On May 22, Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge, two doors down from Lago along the lagoon, is debuting its late-night offerings.
