Vici revenue hits billion-dollar mark in fourth quarter

Revenues for Vici Properties ticked up 3.8 percent in the fourth quarter of 2025 to reach $1 billion. The real estate investment trust (REIT) reported the news following the close of trading on February 25.

Profits for the REIT narrowed 1.6 percent to $604.8 million. Vici ended the quarter with $563.5 million in cash on hand. In addition to fourth-quarter earnings, Vici also disclosed full-year results for 2025. Revenue totaled $4 billion, a 4.1 percent increase. Profits widened 3.6 percent, achieving $2.8 billion in black ink.

In his prepared remarks, CEO Edward Pitoniak recapitulated various agreements reached by Vici in 2025, culminating in the rolling together of the Hollywood Greektown master lease with that for Margaritaville casino, in Bossier City, Louisiana. He did not address the financial results.
