Northfield Park Racino in Ohio has unveiled a new brand identity reinforcing a commitment to delivering a gaming experience with a wide variety of video lottery terminals. The racino also has a new rewards program designed to increase play through enhanced benefits.
The rebrand pays tribute to Northfield, a village in northern Summit County. A new logo honors the venue’s history in harness racing, a heritage that has been a cornerstone of the community for 59 years.
“The new brand identity supports the property’s continued growth and evolution of Northfield Park as Ohio’s premier gaming entertainment venue, featuring a wide array of VLTs, dining options, live harness racing and exciting shows in a great community,” Northfield Park Racino General Manager Kevin Brady said in a statement. “We are dedicated to continuing this legacy while infusing more excitement by introducing more VLTs, rewards, and offers.”
The logo features a square icon with an abstract horse mane, and reflects the racino’s “enduring spirit, pride, purpose, and the heritage” that has helped shape the community,” according to a news release. Northfield Park opened on August 23, 1957.
The full exterior rebrand of the property is expected to be completed within 75 days. An official grand opening celebration, featuring special events and promotions, will be announced soon.
Northfield Park Racino also is launching a new players club and an expanded VLT offering. The racino will add 300 VLTs to the floor to enhance play for guests.
A new five-tier rewards card program, NP Rewards, has been introduced. All existing rewards members have been transferred to the new program, with their tier, points and benefits preserved. Members may pick up new cards and activate their PINs at the NP Rewards Desk at any time. Additional rewards, offers, benefits and destination partnerships will be announced in the coming months.
