Ohio casinos generated $94.9 million in revenue for July, up 6.8% year over year.
The Ohio Casino Control Commission figures show that slots accounted for most of the combined total, generating $71.9 million, up 10.3%, while table games produced $23 million, down 2.9%.
Hollywood Columbus recorded the highest revenue and year-over-year increase, up 15.1% to $28.5 million. Slots were up 16.8% to $22.9 million, and table games increased 8.9% to $5.6 million.
Hollywood Toledo was the second-highest revenue generator, reporting $22.5 million, up 8.8%. Slots increased 12.3% to $19.8 million, and table games decreased 11.2% to $2.7 million.
Hard Rock Cincinnati generated $22.3 million, up 1.4%. Slots were up 3.4% to $15.1 million, and table games declined 2.7% to $7.1 million.
Jack Cleveland reported the lowest revenue of the four casinos for July, up 0.8% to $21.7 million. Slots were up 5.9% to $14.1 million, and table games were down 7.5% to $7.5 million.
