Ohio casinos generated $93.4 million in revenue last month, up 5.6% year-over-year.
The Ohio Casino Control Commission figures showed that slots accounted for most of the total, recording $69.8 million, up 6.7%, while table games generated $23.7 million, up 2.3%.
Of the state’s four casinos, Hollywood Columbus reported the highest revenue in April with $27.9 million, up 11%. Slots increased 10.7% to $22 million, and table games revenue rose 12.3% to $6 million.
Hollywood Toledo recorded the highest year-over-year revenue increase, up 11.1% to $23 million. Slots at the casino were up 10.7% to $19.7 million, and table games were up 13.7% to $3.3 million.
Jack Cleveland was up 6.5% to $22.8 million. Slots increased 4.8% to $14.3 million, and table games were up 9.4% to $8.5 million.
Hard Rock Cincinnati was down 7.2% to $19.7 million. Slots decreased 2% to $13.8 million, while table games were down 17.4% to $5.9 million.
