Tioga Downs Casino Resort today announced an agreement to install AtmosAir Solutions’ state-of-the-art HVAC system in all common areas and restaurants. The company says the installation will ensure a high level of air quality for casino guests and staff members.
“I think it is important that we are taking advantage of the latest technology to provide our customers filtered air, making it safe when they come to the facility,” said American Racing and Entertainment Chairman Jeff Gural in a statement. “I have had a good experience with AtmosAir in my office buildings.”
American Racing and Entertainment owns Tioga Downs.
According to AtmosAir, the company’s bi-polar ionization HVAC technology improves casino wellness by suppressing airborne and surface contaminants, including viruses, bacteria, mold, odors, and irritating volatile organic compounds, while also deterring cigarette smoke. The company also says the technology reduces buildings’ energy and operational costs.
“We are delighted to partner with Tioga Downs Casino Resort,” said AtmosAir Solutions President and CEO Steve Levine. “Clean indoor air is key to sustaining wellness in the casino and hospitality industry. Our bi-polar ionization technology adds a significant layer of protection and will give casino guests and staff confidence in the air they breathe by creating a clean and sanitized indoor environment.”
AtmosAir Solutions air purification technology is also installed in other U.S. casinos, including Muscogee Creek Nation in Oklahoma, Atlantis Casino Reno in Nevada, and Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida.
