Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise recently announced the launch of its new Players Club Reward Program. The reimagined loyalty program is designed to provide members with more value, greater flexibility, and enhanced gaming experiences using a single Navajo Players Club Rewards Card that connects guests to a tiered loyalty program shared across all Navajo Gaming casino properties.
The new Players Club Reward Program will be available at Fire Rock Navajo Casino in Church Rock, New Mexico; Flowing Water Navajo Casino in Shiprock, New Mexico; Northern Edge Navajo Casino in Farmington, New Mexico; and Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort in Flagstaff, Arizona. The program introduces four new membership tiers — Silver, White Pearl, Coral, and Turquoise — along with refreshed card designs and expanded benefits for reward members.
“Our guests are at the center of everything we do, and this new Players Club Reward Program reflects our commitment to creating one of the most rewarding loyalty programs in the Southwest,” Navajo Gaming CEO John James said in a statement. “From faster Free Play opportunities to exclusive entertainment benefits and personalized rewards, we’ve built a program that gives our members more reasons to visit, play, and enjoy everything Navajo Gaming has to offer.”
The enhanced Players Club Reward Program introduces a variety of new benefits including:
- Promotional entry multipliers
- Complimentary daily beverages for qualifying members
- Monthly bonus multiplier days
- Entertainment ticket presales
- Discounted entertainment tickets
- Annual tier gifts
- Enhanced free play opportunities
The program is designed to give members more ways to earn rewards while maximizing the value of every visit.
One of the program’s signature features is the Player Choice Awards, giving qualifying Coral and Turquoise members the opportunity every six months to select a reward. Depending on tier level, members can choose from premium experiences including cruises, entertainment packages, shopping rewards, bonus free play, and technology subscriptions.
The redesigned loyalty program also features refreshed communications and lifestyle-focused promotions that make it easier for members to take advantage of exclusive offers while enjoying greater flexibility in how they redeem and personalize rewards.
