Marker Trax and Koin on Tuesday appointed Tiffany McGrath Chief Marketing Officer, where she will lead marketing, brand, communications, and go-to-market execution across Marker Trax and Koin.
McGrath will lead strategic marketing, positioning, corporate communications, product marketing, customer engagement, and aligning marketing initiatives to support business growth across Marker Trax’s casino credit solution and Koin’s digital payments platform.
“Tiffany has played a meaningful role in shaping Koin’s brand, voice, and market presence from an early stage, establishing the brand as a standout in the gaming payments space,” Marker Trax President Charlie Skinner said in a statement. “Her creativity, strategic discipline, and deep understanding of consumer behavior make her the right leader to guide the next phase of growth for both Koin and Marker Trax.”
McGrath previously was Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications for Koin, overseeing the company’s marketing, brand and communications strategies and initiatives.
Since joining Koin in 2023, McGrath has been instrumental in building the company’s brand foundation. She led key brand development, messaging, communications, and market-launch initiatives that helped differentiate Koin in a complex and highly regulated category. Her work also supported the introduction of Koin’s digital payment solutions to Northern Nevada casinos and helped shape the company’s broader market narrative as the brand continued to grow.
McGrath has more than 20 years of experience across banking, payments, product marketing, brand strategy, and corporate communications. Prior to joining Koin, she led and supported high-impact marketing and product initiatives at Credit One Bank and Silver State Schools Credit Union, including rebrand and brand modernization efforts that strengthened market visibility and customer engagement.
