Marker Trax and Koin on Tuesday announced the alignment of their organizations under a single, unified leadership structure, marking a new phase in the companies’ continued evolution. The. combined leadership structure is, according to a news release, “designed to accelerate growth while enhancing operational focus and support the long-term opportunity ahead for both brands.”
This alignment brings Marker Trax and Koin into a more integrated daily operating structure, designed to combine resources, sharpen strategy and improve execution, reflecting what partners, operators and the market have been signaling around choice, clarity and channel-specific value. As a result of this alignment, Koin Life, Koin Direct, and Moolah Play will support bricks-and-mortar opportunities, while Moolah Play Digital will focus on online.
“Many people have contributed meaningfully to building Marker Trax and Koin, and we honor that foundation as it remains important, and is a major part of what enables this next chapter,” Marker Trax and Koin President Charlie Skinner said in a statement. “Our organizations have always listened closely to operators, partners and consumers, allowing real-world behavior and expectations to shape product direction, and this alignment is a strategic outcome of that very same philosophy.”
Skinner will serve as President of Marker Trax and Koin, and Gary Ellis will continue as CEO. Together, the combined leadership team will guide the organization’s continued growth, supporting a portfolio of complimentary, innovative brands and solutions.
The news release said the strategy behind the unified leadership structure is designed to “streamline engagement and strengthen the power-of-choice story for consumers. Operators and partners now have a clearer way to align solutions to player behavior and channel-specific needs.”
By aligning around how the market is evolving, the organization strengthens partner clarity, consumer choice, and its ability to lead where the industry is going next.
“What makes Marker Trax and Koin special is the people, and the organization’s strength comes from the team’s commitment, creativity, and resilience,” Skinner said. “We’re building on that to deliver an even stronger partner and player experience.”
