SCRANTON, Pa. (AP) — A former cocktail waitress at a northeastern Pennsylvania casino has agreed to plead guilty to her alleged role in a $420,000 slot machine scam.

Federal prosecutors in Scranton say 38-year-old Rochelle Poszeluznyj (poh-SEL’-nij) conspired with a gambler and an executive at the Mohegan Sun Pocono casino. Those men have yet to be charged.

According to court documents, the former waitress would pass on player’s club information from gamblers and pass it onto the others, who used it to assign more than $478,000 in free slots play to the alleged gambling co-conspirator. He used the free play to win more than $422,000, which the trio allegedly shared.

A signed plea agreement indicates the waitress plans to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit money laundering in federal court. Her attorney didn’t return a call Tuesday.
