Wildhorse Resort & Casino is preparing to transform how entertainment venues operate in Eastern Oregon with an expansion that includes a technological first for tribal casinos in the United States.
The centerpiece of the expansion is the new concert hall, a 16,500-square-foot convention center and venue that can accommodate more than 1,700 guests. What sets this venue apart from traditional event spaces is its ability to transform configurations in minutes rather than days.
The Gala Venue system, developed by Montreal-based Gala Systems, is an automated, under-stage electromechanical room-reconfiguration technology that transforms public spaces into completely different layouts in 10 to 15 minutes with the push of a single button.
