Australian wagering group Tabcorp has launched One Pool, its national tote, merging the country’s three main tote pools into a single pool for the first time, as publicized by the group in a social media post on Friday.
One Pool combines the NSWTAB, SuperTAB and UNITAB pools. The group secured agreement from the Principal Racing Authorities in July prior to the launch.
According to the company, One Pool is intended to give customers access to larger pools and deeper liquidity, enhanced jackpot opportunities, a single tote odds display and a broader range of betting options.
Speaking of the initiative in the group’s 2026 annual report, Chair Brett Chenoweth and Managing Director and CEO Gillon McLachlan noted that a national tote is expected to “drive larger pools and greater liquidity, improve customer confidence.
