The December numbers are in, and they led Deadwood to a record yearly high in 2023.

Deadwood’s overall gaming revenue was up 18% in December 2023 compared to December of 2022, with slot machines increasing by almost 17%, and table games up by 23% compared to 2022.
December sports wagering was also up by almost 51% compared to last year.
” You know we had an excellent year last year, another record year for Deadwood gaming, so very pleased. December’s numbers were up over 18%, but we were up virtually every month the last year for the most part. So were just very, very, pleased with the progress that Deadwood gaming has made the last year,” said Mike Rodman, executive director of the Deadwood Gaming Association.
