Turning Stone Resort Casino has added hundreds of jobs as part of its $4 million expansion, and with more growth comes a bigger need for the people who keep the resort running.
The casino is continuing to invest in its own employees, giving them a chance to learn a trade, earn college credit and move up.
“As part of the vision of the nation, it’s really about what is going to build sustainable long-term success for the organization and the thing that we have always pointed to is our workforce,” said Joel Barkin, vice president for strategic communications and community engagement for Turning Stone Enterprises.
