Thor Equities, Saratoga Casino Holdings, the Chickasaw Nation and Legends announced that former Brooklyn Councilman and Former Doe Fund Executive Vice President Robert Cornegy is joining the Coney Island venue team as the group prepares its official response to the New York State Gaming Facility Location Board’s request for downstate casino license applications.
