The city’s planning board approved a site plan to turn the former Northland Dairy Bar into a Revo Casino and Social House charitable gaming site with a sit-down restaurant and outdoor patio.
Civil engineer Brian Pratt presented the plans for the site on upper Main Street on behalf of Stefan Huba of Salem NH Ventures LLC, care of Revo Casino. The company also operates charitable gaming casinos in Conway, Dover, Keene, West Lebanon and Manchester…
The Northland Restaurant and Dairy Bar closed in 2021. Plans call for a different parking lot entrance that would be easier to enter, aesthetic improvements to the natural landscape, sidewalk additions and lighting changes, including not having a flashing sign in the evening.
