New Hampshire charitable gaming revenue totaled $42.3 million in April, up 25.7% year-over-year, boosted by the addition of video lottery terminals.
The New Hampshire Lottery figures showed that video lottery terminals accounted for most of the combined total, recording $20.7 million. Historical horse racing generated $12.6 million, down 47.9%. Games of chance recorded $9.3 million, declining 4.7%.
The Nash recorded the highest revenue of the state’s 13 casinos, up 39.9% to $13.5 million. This was followed by The Brook, up 28.2% to $9.2 million, and Revo Casino Manchester, up 16.7% to $4.6 million.
Aces + Eights Casino reported the highest year-over-year revenue increase in April, rising 154.9% to $50,297. Other double-digit increases came from Lilac Club Casino, up 32.3%; Revo Casino Dover, up 30.2%; Revo Casino Lebanon, up 28.8%; Revo Casino Keene, up 25.4%; Beach Club Casino, up 25.2%; and Gate City Casino, up 18.9%.
Lakes Region Casino had the biggest year-over-year decrease, down 39.7% from $246,928 to $148,970. Other declines came from Revo Casino Conway, down 9.5%, and Chasers Poker Room, down 6.6%.
