A tourist stabbed inside a Las Vegas casino has filed a lawsuit claiming negligence over a lack of security.
In June 2023, Felipe Nicholson stabbed George Beatty, a California cook, inside the Four Queens Hotel and Casino on Fremont Street, records said.
Nicholson later pleaded guilty to a charge of battery with substantial bodily harm, records said. As part of the plea agreement, which included two criminal cases combined, Nicholson agreed to serve 14-48 months in prison.
