Cedar Crossing Casino & Entertainment Center announced Wednesday that its Compass Center will open with an interactive space exploration exhibit, while the casino also added more concerts and comedy shows to its entertainment lineup.
The Compass Center is planned as a venue for arts, culture, education and STEM programming. Its first exhibit, “Astronaut,” will give visitors a hands-on look at astronaut training, rocket launches, microgravity, life in space and other mission-related challenges.
The exhibit was created by Scitech in Perth, Australia, and produced by Imagine Exhibitions. It will run from November through February 2027. Linn County school field trips will receive free admission.
