North Fork Mono Casino has announced its dining lineup, which will include restaurants, bars and casual dining concepts ranging from Manzanita Steakhouse and Clubhouse 99 to a six-concept Food Hall.
Located near the gaming floor, the Food Hall will feature Cafe Asia, Chick Republic, Smash Stack Burger, Pizza Fiore, Kopiah and Fuego Mexican Kitchen.
Cafe Asia will offer Asian-inspired dishes including pho, bánh mì, brunch items, Vietnamese phin drip coffee, boba and fruit teas. Chick Republic will focus on chicken tenders, wings and sandwiches, including Korean-inspired options, along with milkshakes and pastries. Smash Stack Burger will serve smash burgers, fries, shakes and soft-serve ice cream.
