Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson has unveiled its new 69,000-square-foot meeting and convention spaces, including the debut of The Lawn, an all-new outdoor event space.

Station Casinos said this milestone marks a key phase in the resort’s $200 million multi-stage transformation, presenting what it calls “a fresh vision for gatherings, events, and conferences across southern Nevada.”

The redesign, led by the in-house design and construction team in collaboration with architecture studio WATG and Wimberly Interiors, “combines Mediterranean influences with contemporary sophistication.” The result is a modern event environment that enhances both functionality and the guest experience, while staying true to the resort’s signature style, the operator said.

“The opening of Green Valley Ranch’s newly reimagined convention and meeting spaces reflects our commitment to timeless design, modern functionality and a seamless guest experience,” said Deanna Burgess, corporate vice president of sales for Station Casinos. “These spaces celebrate the property’s timeless heritage while introducing bold, contemporary design elements that elevate every type of gathering.”

The collection of indoor and outdoor venues is designed to accommodate events of every scale, from small gatherings to large-scale productions of up to 5,000 guests.

Newly renovated areas include the Estancia Ballroom and foyer, which accommodate up to 900 guests for receptions, 1,300 theater-style and 600 banquet-style events on the main casino floor. Across the casino at the Grand Event Center, the upgraded Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 1,100 guests for reception or banquet-style events and up to 1,500 theatrer-style. The Grand Event is also home to live concerts and comedy shows. These spaces are complemented by a series of 17 breakout rooms and upgraded meeting spaces, offering a wide range of configurations for meetings, conferences and social functions.

Debuting as the resort’s newest event venue, The Lawn introduces 5,000 square feet of landscaped outdoor space framed by Japanese boxwoods and iceberg roses. Designed for  corporate gatherings, social celebrations, and weddings of 50 to 250 guests, “together with the adjacent Opium Terrace and Piazza, The Lawn offers a dynamic outdoor setting for events of up to 600 guests, further enhancing the resort’s expansive collection of outdoor venues designed for gatherings of every scale.”

Beyond The Lawn, the Terrace offers a setting for up to 100 guests, while the Opium Terrace accommodates events of up to 600 and the Piazza hosts up to 100. For larger-scale occasions, the expansive Pool Deck welcomes up to 1,000 attendees in an open-air setting. The Garden Amphitheater provides a backdrop for launches, outdoor demonstrations and large-scale displays for up to 1,000 guests, while the resort’s Vineyard “offers a more intimate al fresco setting ideal for curated gatherings” and private experiences.

The opening of the meetings and convention spaces follows the recent debut of the reimagined West Tower luxury suites. As part of the broader transformation, the resort continues to evolve across guestrooms, entertainment, dining and public spaces, with additional enhancements planned through 2026.
