The hacker behind the explosive Curaçao gaming data dump, Lilith Wittmann, says she has been cleared by the German courts to use documents previously obtained from the Malta regulator.
This morning [25 September], Wittmann posted a screenshot on X of a German court judgement which lists the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and its CEO Charles Mizzi in a case against the controversial hacker over her March 2026 breach of the regulator’s systems.
She says the court has confirmed the judge’s preliminary ruling, clearing her to identify the MGA with organized crime in her public statements and – perhaps uncomfortably for the regulator’s 311 active licensees – use the documents obtained from hacking the public body.
