WYSR will debut its new table games and house protection training courses at G2E October 6-9 at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas.

At Booth #2614, WYSR, a company created by industry experts, problem-solvers, and relationship-builders who believe in improving work for everyone, will showcase courses created by Bill Zender, a former blackjack dealer and Nevada Gaming Control agent acknowledged as a leader in training for table games and surveillance professionals.

According to WYSR, benefits of their table game training include:

  • Sharper, better-trained dealers reduce costly mistakes, protecting profitability.
  • Soft skills training helps dealers engage guests, boosting playtime and revenue.
  • Advanced game protection training minimizes risk by preventing cheating.
  • Flexible, on-demand courses cut training costs — no more costly classroom sessions.
  • Improved dealer performance drives loyalty and repeat business.
  • Structured training supports career growth, improving retention and lowering turnover.
  • Scalable platform adapts to any property, whether 10 tables or 100.
  • Integration of existing property-specific SOP’s for maximum effectiveness
