LANSDALE, Pa. (September 17, 2026) – Adept USA will showcase its casino operations software at Global Gaming Expo (G2E) 2026, welcoming operators to Booth #2635 at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas during exhibit hall dates, September 29–October 1.
Attendees can meet President and CEO Mahesh Jituri and Head of Growth Eshan Jituri to discuss operational priorities and explore technology built around the daily needs of casino teams.
At the center of the portfolio is Adept Mobile Dispatch System (AMDS), which automatically routes alerts based on issue type, location, and employee availability. The system supports service prioritization and gives managers real-time visibility into floor activity, response times, and staff performance. Operational tools including Electronic MEAL Book, Down Game Log, and Preventative Maintenance extend the platform beyond dispatch into day-to-day slot management.
Operators can also explore ProgressiveIQ, Adept’s mobile application for progressive meter readings. The application guides employees through the reading process, helps document exceptions, calculates liabilities, and allows completed readings to be exported for review and auditing.
Adept will also offer an early preview of Vault, its inventory management system being built specifically for gaming operators. Currently in development, Vault is being designed around casino parts-management workflows to help teams track parts, equipment, and storage locations.
The broader portfolio includes AdeptConnect for voice, text, and image messaging; Game Finder for helping guests and employees locate slot machines; and Show Control for connecting jackpot events with audiovisual systems to create automated celebrations across the floor.
