White Hat Gaming Wednesday announced the sixth deployment of its player-account-management (PAM) platform with Bally’s Corporation. Bally’s sportsbook patrons in New York will join players in Indiana, Colorado, Virginia, Arizona, and Ohio who benefit from PAM’s platform integrations.
“Delivering our PAM to Bally’s across six states in under three months speaks volumes about our ability to move fast in this industry and provide operators with the tech stack required to launch quickly and smoothly,” said White Hat Gaming CEO Phil Gelvan in a statement. “Our work in supporting the Bally’s team is far from over with more state launches planned.”
According to White Hat Gaming, PAM is supported by its Traveling Wallet function, allowing Bally’s online customers to access the app, account balances, bonuses, and loyalty offers across multiple states for simplified user experiences. PAM, the company states, is “highly scalable and flexible to meet the stringent demands of operators across the U.S. and beyond.”
PAM also provides customer-relations-management (CRM) marketing support, a proprietary cashier, extensive payment options, 24/7 customer support, and player-protection tools.
“The team at White Hat Gaming has done an incredible job in facilitating numerous state launches in quick succession. They’ve accelerated our growth strategy as we look to strengthen our online footprint alongside our existing retail presence,” said Bally’s CEO Robeson Reeves.
White Hat Gaming expects to announce more rollouts with Bally’s in the U.S. soon.
