Bet365 continues to expand its footprint in the United States with the launch of its online sportsbook in Washington, D.C.

The British gaming operator launched in the nation’s capital on Tuesday alongside a new multi-year partnership with Monumental Sports & Entertainment, which gives bet365 a marketing presence among the city’s three professional sports franchises, including the Washington Capitals, Washington Wizards, and Washington Mystics.

The move into Washington it the latest expansion for Bet365, after a launch last month in West Virginia. Washington, D.C., is Bet365’s 18th jurisdiction, with those 18 and older can access their online sports betting platform.

“Bringing bet365 to our nation’s capital expands our reach in the U.S. and establishes our presence in one of the country’s most dynamic sports markets,” Trip Stoddard, head of development at Bet365, said.

Stoddard described their deal with MSE as an “exciting opportunity” to introduce the brand to sports fans in Washington.  The partnership also will integrate Bet365 into Monumental Sports Network and team broadcasts.

Fans will see Bet365 through virtual signage during Capitals games and pre-game and in-game commercials across Capitals, Wizards and Mystics broadcasts, as well as providing viewers the option to integrate real-time sports betting odds and gamification into live game streams.

Bet365 has partnered with several NHL, NBA and WNBA teams in recent years, including the Colorado Avalanche, Charlotte Hornets, Denver Nuggets, Indiana Pacers and Chicago Sky.

The online sports betting and gaming company launches in Washington with an extensive sportsbook proposition that includes more than 100 sports, with live and in-game wagering. The company is offering local customers a “Bet $10, Get $50 in Bonus Bets” when opening a new account.

Other exclusive Bet365 features for customers in D.C. include the Early Payout Offer, which allows bettors to settle their wagers early once a team is 20 points ahead. Bets on the WNBA get awarded when a team is 18 points ahead, regardless of the final result.

Bet365 also offers qualifying NHL bets, which get settled as winners as soon as a team takes a three-goal lead. Furthermore, the Early Bird Offer gives bettors a profit boost for all Sunday NFL games and hour before kickoff of the first game.
