Warner Gaming announced the promotion of Robert Sobczyk to president, effective immediately.
Sobczyk previously served as chief operating officer and brings more than a decade of leadership experience within the organization to his new role.

Sobczyk has been a key leader in Warner Gaming’s growth and operational success over the past 10+ years, playing an instrumental role in overseeing casino operations, strategic development, and partner relationships.

Prior to joining Warner Gaming, Sobczyk held senior leadership roles with Ameristar Casinos, which later became part of Pinnacle Entertainment. During his tenure, he helped drive casino operations and contributed to the expansion and operations across multiple properties.

In his new role as president, Sobczyk will oversee all aspects of Warner Gaming’s operations, including strategic planning, tribal and commercial partnerships, development projects, and day-to-day management of the company’s gaming portfolio.

“Bob has been an integral part of Warner Gaming’s success for more than a decade,” said Bill Warner, CEO of Warner Gaming. “His leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to our partners have consistently delivered results. Most recently, his leadership was critical in the successful opening of Acorn Ridge Casino in Plymouth, California. Bob understands our business at every level, and he will continue to lead Warner Gaming to new heights as president.”

Warner Gaming is a casino-development and management company specializing in tribal and commercial operations. The company provides a full range of services, including casino development, operational management, strategic advisory, and financial performance.
