Based in Dundalk, Ireland, The Unit specializes in creating products for the betting, sports and igaming industries. The company launched in 2017 and has worked with several brands, including Rank Group, PalaceBet and PlayStar, which Noble co-founded and served as its chief business development officer.

“The Unit has already made significant strides in delivering innovative solutions and driving efficiency in software and product development,” Noble said. “I look forward to working with the team to build on this momentum and scale even greater heights. It was an easy decision to get on board, moving from a happy customer to a colleague helping to continue the success.”

Noble previously worked for other industry software developers, including Play’n Go, Yggdrasil and HexiGames, where he was chief operating officer.

“At The Unit, we’ve always been dedicated to achieving tremendous results for our clients,” said Paddy Casey, co-founder of The Unit. “Now, with Adam on board complementing our existing team, we’re ready to take the next steps in our journey of growth.”
