Slot Tech Magazine will host a bench tech training course November 4-6 at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minnesota.

The three-day program is designed to equip floor technicians with skills in power supply and LCD monitor repair.

“We’re thrilled to hold our Bench Tech training once again at Mystic Lake,” Slot Tech Magazine Publisher and Instructor Randy Fromm said in a statement. “The resort’s top-notch facilities and amenities provide the perfect backdrop for an immersive educational experience. Participants will not only enhance their technical skills but also enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of one of the country’s premier casinos.”

The Bench Tech Training course offers an educational experience, assuming no prior knowledge of electronics. Participants will learn the fundamentals of power supply and LCD monitor repair, including circuit analysis, component testing, and troubleshooting techniques. The curriculum is structured to provide hands-on learning, ensuring attendees gain practical skills applicable to real-world scenarios.

Tuition for the course includes all textbooks and classroom materials, allowing participants to focus entirely on the learning experience. The training sessions will be in the conference facilities at Mystic Lake. A behind-the-scenes tour also is planned.

Early registration is encouraged.
