Renova Technology Wednesday launched Renova 360 to bring reverse logistics, forward logistics, and product lifecycle support together under one provider for its enterprise customers.
The launch comes as Renova celebrates its 30th year in business, building on a track record of year-over-year growth. It also arrives as manufacturers tighten supply chains and lean more heavily on Renova Technology’s value-added programs for inventory management, configure-to-order, and advanced exchange.
“As manufacturers tighten their supply chains, they want partners closer to home with value-added capabilities. We are that partner,” said Renova Technology CMO Louis Pine in a statement. “Being able to pull a replacement off the shelf in the same facility that handles the RMA return merchandise authorization) is a game changer. Renova 360 takes us beyond repair, with a stronger focus on logistics, expanded inventory-management capabilities, and advanced exchange services, all built around our experience solving challenges over the last two decades.”
Renova 360 closes the loop on returns and return merchandise authorization. When a product needs to be replaced in the field, a replacement can ship from stock the same day, while the de-installed unit is diagnosed, repaired, and returned to the shelf without ever moving between vendors. For manufacturers, this means faster replacements, fewer spares tied up in transit, and a clear view of where every unit stands.
Renova 360 is built around each customer’s needs and includes four service packages:
- Renova Repair: Depot repair and diagnostics, component-level PCB and PCBA repair (printed circuit board), rework and BGA (ball-grid-array) work, functional testing, failure analysis, and repair data reporting.
- Renova Reverse: Returns inspection, return merchandise authorization. and warranty management, advanced exchange, spare parts and replacement inventory, and equipment tracking.
- Renova Forward Logistics: Configure-to-order, kitting and light assembly, testing and quality control, order fulfillment, and support for large-scale rollouts.
- Renova Product Lifecycle Support: Inventory management, including small parts and spare parts management, refurbishment, end-of-life support, asset disposition and component recovery, and storage.
Renova has also expanded its inventory-management programs to better support configure-to-order, small parts management, and same-day advanced exchange, now the expectation in today’s supply chain.
Renova 360 is designed for OEMs (original equipment managers) and contract manufacturers, field service organizations, integrators and dealers, and enterprise technology teams. It is especially well-suited to commercial equipment with long product lifecycles, such as gaming and lottery systems and public safety and security technology, where downtime directly affects revenue and safety.
Renova Technology was founded in 1996 to meet a major point-of-sale and ATM manufacturer’s need for a repair partner that could also capture repair data. The approach of tracking failures and sharing insights manufacturers can use to improve future designs still shapes every Renova program.
Over the past 30 years, Renova has grown into a behind-the-scenes service partner for a diverse portfolio of manufacturers, including many in gaming, lottery, public safety, and broadcasting technology. Renova was named Partnership Gwinnett’s 2026 Most Valuable Provider and has been named to the Inc. Regionals Southeast list three years in a row.
