Red Rock Resorts reported second-quarter declines in revenue, income, and adjusted earnings.
Net revenue was $510.3 million for the second quarter, a decrease of 3% or $16 million, from $526.3 million in the same period of 2025. Net income was $76.6 million for the second quarter, a decrease of 29.3% or $31.7 million, from $108.3 million in the same period of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA was $208 million, a year-over-year decrease of 9.3%, or $21.4 million, from $229.4 million .
Net revenue from the Las Vegas operations was $503.2 million for the second quarter, a decrease of 2% or $10.1 million, from $513.3 million in the same period of 2025. Las Vegas Adjusted EBITDA was $227.5 million, a year-over-year decrease of 5% or $11.9 million, from $239.4 million.
Net revenue from Native American activities was $3.8 million for the second quarter, a decrease of 62% or $6.2 million, from $10 million in the same period of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA was $2.8 million, a decrease of 72% or $7.2 million, from $10 million.
The company’s cash and cash equivalents on June 30 were $136.5 million and total principal amount of debt outstanding at the end of the second quarter was $3.6 billion.
The company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.26 per Class A common share for the second quarter. The dividend will be payable on September 30 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 15.
