QCI adds 18 customers, will unveil new player account product at IGA

Quick Custom Intelligence Tuesday announced that it will unveil a new product, QCI Player, at the Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention, April 11 in Anaheim, California. QCI Player will enable instant access to player accounts by way of mobile devices, allowing patrons to access free play, concert tickets, food comps, and other amenities.

The diversity of the resort business has led us to diversify our offering with expansion into retail services using our well proven QCI Enterprise Platform.”

QCI also announced multi-year extensions of partnerships with approximately 70% of its current customers and announced 18 new customer contracts in 2024.  The company stated that these partnerships “continue to yield increased value as QCI’s innovative tools enhance the operations of resort casinos worldwide.”

QCI’s customers include 160 casino resorts in North America and over 500 casinos globally, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and The Bahamas.
