OPTX focuses on ingesting data from the disparate systems within a casino, then turning it into operational functionality in the areas of slots, marketing, and player development.

OPTX co-CEO Brooke Fiumara is excited to be participating in this year’s Indian Gaming Association’s trade show later this month.

“We believe this is going to be one of the best IGAs to date,” Fiumara said. “Not only are we expecting record attendance in an incredible location and venue, but we’re also excited to show how much the OPTX platform has grown since last year’s convention.”

OPTX has added a complete system that allows multi-property casino companies to scale their data and operations across the entire enterprise. They’ve also integrated a slot-dispatch system into the OPTX platform.

“We’ve added an immense amount of new artificial- intelligence modeling to help operators — whether it’s slot, marketing, or player-development teams — to become proactive, efficient, and ultimately more intelligent when it comes to data-driven decisions.”

During the past year, Fiumara said OPTX has grown its presence in tribal gaming and looks to continue expanding those relationships and be recognized as a preferred tribal partner.

“We understand that with tribal gaming, specifically, it’s just as much about the people as it is the business,” Fiumara said. “We’re really proud of the relationships we’ve built and how we’ve become a true partner and extension of the tribal teams we work with. When you become an OPTX client, we become a true partner in your business. We work with your teams directly to help make sure that OPTX is integrated into the way you want to run your business and expand the knowledge base and teams that we work with.”

OPTX works with more than 40 tribal properties today and is licensed in more than 28 tribal jurisdictions, including Muckleshoot Casino in Washington, Graton Resort & Casino in California, and Desert Diamond Casinos in Arizona. OPTX works with tribes of all sizes and Fiumara said they are proud to have won their business and partner with them.

“A product like OPTX is just as much about what we can offer today for operators as it is about where the product is going in the next two to five years,” Fiumara said. “When a client signs up with OPTX, they see the value in what we’re doing today and they’re buying into the future of OPTX and how it’s going to help improve their operations.”

OPTX attends the IGA trade show with the hope of creating new relationships and identifying new opportunities to grow their footprint.

“We think we’ve proven ourselves in tribal country as being a great product and partner, and this year’s show is a continuation of that,” Fiumara said. “It’s about forging new relationships, meeting new people, and showing how OPTX helps their businesses.”

OPTX will be conducting demos in booth #641 at IGA 2023.
