OPTX announces partnership deal with Rush Street Gaming casino for player development solution

Las Vegas-based tech company OPTX Tuesday announced a three-year partnership with Rush Street Gaming’s five brick-and-mortar casinos.

Per the agreement, OPTX will help bring the casinos’ data into a single platform for real-time insights and action.

“We were seeking a player development solution that contained advanced operational functionality for hosts and managers yet was simple to install and easy to use,” said Rush Street Gaming CEO Tim Drehkoff in a statement. “The OPTX platform is exactly what we were looking for and will equip our host teams with an efficient new resource to best serve our guests.”

Rush Street will deploy OPTX models including Player Development, Player Development AI, and Connect. The products foster host team productivity, improve player loyalty, and streamline communications between team members and guests.

The five casinos are Rivers Casino Pittsburgh; Rivers Casino Philadelphia; Rivers Casino Portsmouth in Virginia; Rivers Casino Des Plaines in Illinois; and Rivers Casino and Resort Schenectady in New York.
