Nebraska casinos generated $24.9 million in revenue in June, up 20.1% year-over-year.
The Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission figures show that slots accounted for most of the combined total, generating $21.6 million, up 22.9%, while table games produced $2.1 million, up 8.1%. Electronic table games and retail sports betting generated $552,416 and $663,225, respectively.
WarHorse Casino Omaha posted the highest figure and year-over-year revenue increase for June, rising 25.4% to $9.7 million. This was followed by WarHorse Casino Lincoln, which reported $7 million in revenue, up 12.1%.
Grand Island Casino was up 6.9% to $5 million. Harrah’s Columbus was the only casino to report a revenue decline for June, with revenue falling to $2 million, a decline of 3.6%.
Lake Mac Casino, which opened its doors in August, generated $1.2 million in revenue.
