Nebraska casinos recorded $27.1 million in revenue for April, up 28.3% year-over-year.
The Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission figures show that slots accounted for most of the total, generating $24.1 million, up 32.8% year-over-year. Table games declined 24.2% to $1.5 million. Electronic table games generated $672,047, and retail sports betting produced $760,269.
WarHorse Casino Omaha reported the highest revenue and year-over-year increase last month, with revenue up 45.9% to $10.1 million. Slots were up 53.1% to $9.2 million, and table games decreased 60.9% to $271,759.
Other year-over-year revenue increases came from WarHorse Casino Lincoln, up 25% to $8.1 million, and Grand Island Casino, up 9% to $5.9 million.
Harrah’s Columbus was the only casino to report a decrease, down 18.5% to $1.9 million. Slots dropped 16.5% to $1.7 million, and table games were down 24.1% to $145,122.
Lake Mac Casino, which opened in August, recorded $1.1 million in revenue last month.
