Morongo Casino Resort & Spa has partnered with FABICash to provide cash access and a portfolio of casino technology to streamline operational processes, increase revenue, and enhance the guest experience.

The partnership includes FABICash’s suite of cash-access and casino-technology solutions, including credit and debit card cash advances, eCheck, ATMs, all-in-one TITO kiosks, jackpot kiosks, cage dispenser units, and TITO at tables.

Other services include mobile chip purchase, mobile jackpot processing, Title 31 anti-money-laundering compliance, cashless ewallet, and cash and coin recyclers.

“Providing our guests with a seamless experience is central to what we do at Morongo,” said Joseph Busby, CFO of Morongo. “FABICash’s broad portfolio gives us the opportunity to enhance cash access and operational capabilities across multiple areas of the property.”

In addition, Busby said, “FABI is known for its exceptional customer service and support as well as their willingness to collaborate, which is a must for Morongo.”

The partnership also includes FABIWallet, a digital ewallet designed to support gaming, sports, and retail POS platforms, extending FABICash’s technology to support cashless casino operations and guest services.

“We look forward to delivering custom solutions that help Morongo provide an exceptional experience for its guests and casino employees while increasing cash to their casino floor,” Rabito said.
