Igaming software developer Red Rake Gaming has announced it has secured a provisional online casino supplier license from the Michigan Gaming Control Board, allowing the company to feature its games on platforms of igaming operators in the state.

This is Red Rake Gaming’s second U.S. license. It received approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board in September.

“We are delighted to have obtained our second U.S. license in Michigan, which is a key market in our strategic expansion plans,” Nick Barr, managing director for Red Rake Gaming Malta, said in a news release. “The response to our games in Pennsylvania has been overwhelmingly positive, and we look forward to bringing our engaging and feature-rich content to players in Michigan. Our team is committed to delivering a top-tier gaming experience that aligns with the expectations of the Michigan Gaming Control Board and the players.”

Red Rake Gaming signed an agreement with DraftKings in the United States on June 18. It also supplies games in New Jersey and Pennsylvania through Light & Wonder and in partnership with Penn Entertainment. With its Michigan license, the company can offer players in the state games like Lotus Dynasty, Legacy of Athena and Million Zeus.

Red Rake Gaming was established in 2011 and operates in regulated gambling markets worldwide, including Ontario, the United Kingdom and Germany.

There will be plenty of top game providers for Red Rake Gaming to compete with, as plenty of significant game providers have launched in Michigan recently. Caesars launched games from GreenTube in April and BetMGM announced the launch of GameCode titles at the beginning of the month.
