“It was very gratifying to see the excitement of the women who were chosen and hand selected for this program, to spend time with them and to speak with them personally about their futures in the company, because it’s bright,” said Bellagio, Park MGM and NoMad CEO Ann Hoff in a statement. “These are all women who are high potential, high performing, that are the most dynamic, future leaders of our organization.”

Global Gaming Women was established by the American Gaming Association to create a network for peers to connect with colleagues, creating a forum for female gaming professionals to provide mentorship. The organization launched as an independent charitable organization in 2016.

Based in Las Vegas, the Ann Simmons Group specializes in human resources, training, and executive coaching.

MGM Resorts is recruiting and hiring new employees across the country.
