The Louisiana Gaming Control Board reported revenue of $216.4 million in June, up 7.6% year-over-year. Notably, in its first June on land, Bally’s Baton Rouge saw gaming revenue of $6.2 million, compared to $0.9 million last year in its previous riverboat incarnation. Excluding this property, Louisiana’s revenue for the month was up 1.1% from last year.
June sports betting win reached $36.0 million, up 7% on a handle of $306 million, an increase of 25% year-over-year, for an 11.8% hold rate.
The Lake Charles district led Louisiana with revenue of $75.0 million, up 2.3% compared to the $73.3 million generated in June 2025. L’Auberge Du Lac posted $27.9 million for the month compared to $26.9 million the previous year, up 3.7%. Golden Nugget Lake Charles collected revenue of $25.8 million, an increase of 6.3% from June 2025’s $24.3 million. Delta Downs brought in revenue of $13.4 million compared to $14.1 million generated in the same month in 2025, a 5.1% decrease.
New Orleans properties reported revenue of $54.4 million, an increase of 9.0% from June 2025’s $49.9 million. Caesar’s New Orleans brought in $25.2 million, an increase of 23.4% compared to June 2025’s $20.4 million. Treasure Chest generated $13.9 million, up 1.9% compared to $13.6 in June 2025, and Boomtown Casino & Hotel reported revenue of $9.1 million, a decrease of 6.8% compared to $9.7 million year-over-year.
Shreveport/Bossier City operators reported revenue of $54.2 million compared to June 2025’s $54.3, a slight decrease of 0.1%. Margaritaville Resort Casino posted revenue of $14.6 the same amount generated in June 2025. Live! Casino posted $12.1 million, an increase of 5.5% year-over-year from 2025’s $11.5 million. Horseshoe Shreveport generated revenue of $10.6 million from the previous year’s $10.7 million, a decrease of 0.5%.
The Baton Rouge district’s $26.7 million was an increase of 4.9 % compared to June 2025’s $25.4 million. L’Auberge Baton Rouge posted $13.5 million, a year-over-year decrease of 11.7% from June 2025’s $15.3 million. The Queen of Baton Rouge generated $7.0 million, a decrease of 24.9% from March 2025’s $9.3 million. Bally’s Baton Rouge reached revenue of $6.2 million in June from $0.9 million during the same time period the previous year, resulting in 617.5% increase.
Evangeline Downs generated $6.2 million, an increase of 2.8% from June 2025’s $6.0 million.
