Sports betting technology provider Kambi has announced a multi-year extension of its partnership with Rush Street Interactive, marking the second extension since the companies partnered in May 2018, shortly after the U.S. Supreme Court repealed the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act.
“This latest extension is a testament to the strength of our partnership and the success we’ve achieved together throughout the region, and we look forward to working closely with RSI to continue delivering world-class sports betting experiences to their players,” Kambi CEO Werner Becher said in a press release.
Kambi will continue to supply its sportsbook platform and core trading and risk management services to RSI’s online gaming platforms, including BetRivers, PlaySugarHouse and RushBet.
“RSI always likes to put our players first and offer them high-quality and memorable betting experiences. Our partnership with Kambi has allowed us to do this, as they provide us with the core betting functionality to offer our players a robust and comprehensive sportsbook while enabling RSI to build and integrate our own unique and innovative sports betting features and capabilities on top of the Kambi platform,” Richard Schwartz, CEO of RSI, said in the release.
Kambi was named Sportsbook Supplier of the Year at last year’s Global Gaming Awards. The company also provides its services to several other business to consumer gambling operators, such as Bally’s, Kindred and LeoVegas.
