Assorted gross receipts for Illinois casinos reached $141.3 million in February, up 2.6% from the previous year’s $137.6 million.
The Illinois Gaming Board regulates 16 casinos in the Prairie State and announced that table games generated $23.9 million in AGR, down 5 percent year-over-year from $34.6 million. Electronic gaming devices generated $108.3 million, up 5.2 percent compared to February 2024.
Three casinos yielded AGR above $10 million last month, while only one generated AGR higher than $30 million. Rivers Casino reported $37.6 million in AGR in February, a year-over-year drop from $43.6 million, down 13.7 percent.
Wind Creek Casino produced $13.5 million in AGR, a 1.5% month-over-month increase from $13.3 million. Hard Rock Casino Rockford produced more than $11.1 million, up 80.1% compared to the previous year, which generated $6.2 million.
Compared to January’s casino revenue, AGR was down 1.8%, dropping from $143.9 million to $141.3 million. Table games and EGD AGR declined, with table games dropping from $31.6 million and EGD dropping from $108.8 million.
