Bally’s Chicago Casino VIP Lounge debuted earlier this week with at a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Medinah Temple. The VIP Lounge, open to select VIP Bally Rewards members, offers complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages, seating. and televisions showing sports and entertainment programming.
“As an exclusive benefit for VIP Bally Rewards members, the Bally’s Chicago VIP Lounge offers a relaxing space away from the gaming floor to socialize and enjoy complimentary food and non-alcoholic drinks,” said Bally’s Chicago Vice President and General Manager Mark Wong in a statement. “Combined with our new high limit slots and VIP Player Services window, all located conveniently on the third floor, our highly tailored VIP experience makes for an exceptional time at Bally’s Chicago Casino.”
The VIP Lounge, on the third level of the casino, is open daily to VIP Bally Rewards members based on criteria. Guests are welcome to enjoy the rotating menu of complimentary heavy appetizers and beverage service for coffee, tea and other non-alcoholic beverages. The space features seating for 30 people at tables seating two to six people each, with four televisions showing a variety of sports and entertainment programming.
In conjunction with the VIP Lounge’s opening, Bally’s Chicago has also opened a VIP Player Services window on the same floor. Open Fridays and Saturdays, the window will offer Player’s Club and cashier transactions for Legend and Superstar Bally’s Rewards Members.
All guests are welcome to try the new high-limit slot machines, which include titles including Dollar Storm, Dragon Cash and a variety of Lightning Cash titles.
As a new amenity, complimentary valet services are also available for VIP Bally Rewards Members.
With demolition at the former Tribune Freedom Center site starting soon, Bally’s Chicago is scheduled to open its permanent casino in Fall 2026.
